Tennis Rules
The tennis rules are created and governed by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), the United States Tennis Association (USTA) is a member of the ITF. USTA clarifications have equal weight and force in USTA tournaments as do ITF regulations. In tennis matches where there are no officials, The Code is applied in any circumstances which are not enclosed in the Rules of Tennis.
