High School Super
The goal of this class is to refine movement and balance during shot implementation by using match play and drills which replicate real match situations. We will also improve and refine point building skills, first strike, offense, defense tennis court geometry and proper shot selection will be emphasized. Mental toughness and fitness and flexibility training continues as a means of helping players become strong. The players will learn how to play tennis and compete successfully on national and international levels.
The classes are designed to suit the individual tennis player; therefore all age players will be mixed, at this point the skill level becomes the most important factor.
