Why should I take private workout?

Although many children exercise for fun and other enjoy a more competitive environment we have established that it is important for your child to take private fitness workouts in order to develop well balanced muscular groups. The importance of private workouts is hidden in the long term added benefit, enjoy better results in their tennis game and last but not least a longer less prone to injury tennis carrier.

The private fitness workouts address the individual need of each tennis player and will correct and establish a base for long term balanced muscular development.

In order to achieve a proper and balanced muscular development. The individual player might need to spent additional time developing one or a combination of the following:

We recommend that you bring your child for evaluation. After we complete the evaluation we will design a custom program based on and targeting the child’s individual physical and learning abilities needs, in addition to the type of instructions desired by both the child and the parents.

By crafting the most suitable program for your child, they will be more likely to built healthy habits and enjoy the life time sport of tennis for a long time.
