The advantage of group fitness workouts for children is that they can bring their own friends and have fun while exercising. According to the Tennis Industry Association TA, 32% of the players are more likely to play more tennis if they can play with friends; the same is also valid for group fitness workouts.
A custom group fitness workout for your child and their friends will provide the most appropriate intensity level, volume, rate, ratio and type workout desired by you for your child and their friends, any or all of the following can be targeted in a long or short term workout plans:

We prefer if you bring your child and their friends for evaluation. After the evaluation is completed we will discuss and customize the program based on the children’s physical need and learning abilities, the number of participants in the group, and the type of instructions desired by the parents.
By designing the most appropriate program for your child and their friends, they will be more likely to enjoy the life time sport of tennis less prone to injury.
