Private fitness workouts are specifically designed to fit the needs of the individual participant. The participant can focus on areas such as cardiovascular system, muscle toning, physique shaping, overall and/or specific muscle group development. The benefits a of private workout sessions are the opportunity to work one on one with the instructor and improve proper exercising techniques.
